All conference registrations include one year of membership in the Association for the Study of Transfer Students (ASTS), a $125 value.

Meals included in registration fee:
Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016: Lunch (Pre-Conference only),
Opening Reception (heavy hors d’oeurves)
Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016: Continental breakfast, lunch
Friday, Feb. 5, 2016: Breakfast

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing before midnight, January 15, 2016, in order to receive a refund. A $50 processing fee per person will be deducted. No refunds will be granted after the cancellation date. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, and funds committed by purchase order must be paid in full by the first day of the event, unless prior arrangements have been made with NISTS. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of received written notification. Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters. Pre-Conference session fees are nonrefundable.
